Namrata Mundhra

Namrata Mundhra has extensive experience in new product/service development, business process reengineering and change/ human capital management.  She has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations in transforming their human capital management practices and HR processes by ensuring better alignment with business strategy and requirements and harnessing the efficiencies of technology.  Namrata leads RGsquared’s initiative to improve the business value delivered to global clients as an offshore resource based in India.

In the past year, Namrata has been working with the market leader in the branded tea business in India to develop and implement their sales transformation plan in response to a significant shift in business strategy.  While this project has a distinct human capital focus, it has been sponsored and supported by key business leaders as it is a critical component of their business strategy implementation.

In the past, Namrata was a senior team leader in the New Product Development team at Mellon responsible for the development of a bundled consulting and financial services product.  In this capacity, Nam was responsible for integrating the capabilities of four Mellon businesses that had no prior history of working together, setting up standardized and highly scalable processes for achieving a significantly higher gross margin than previously possible.

As an Associate Principal in Buck’s Human Capital Management practice, Namrata was deeply involved in the human aspect of change management that accompanies business process reengineering.  She led teams that developed business and financial cases to obtain buy-in from various stakeholder constituencies, developed and implemented communication plans, assessed impact on critical talent and ensured that plans were in place to retain and/or retrain people affected by large scale change initiatives.

Prior to joining Buck, Namrata worked in Boston Scientific’s HRIT department  (an early adopter of HR self-service technology) as they restructured their HR department from a highly administrative, paper-driven organization to a smaller group providing value-added services to their internal clients.

Namrata has an MBA from Boston College and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Purdue University.  She holds an undergraduate degree in commerce (business) from Bombay University, India.
